What UltiStack is
UltiStack lets coaches share game film, narrated breakdowns and plays with their team. It is run by Jeff Babbitt (BabbittWorks).
What we keep
- Your account: your email address, the name you give, and that you confirmed you are 18 or older.
- Your teams: which teams you are on and your role (owner, coach or player).
- What coaches share: videos, plays, titles and notes uploaded to a team, and who uploaded them.
- Sign-in: the devices you are signed in on and when they were last used. Sign-in codes and session keys are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form.
- Abuse protection: network addresses are used for up to two days to limit repeated sign-in attempts.
We do not sell your information, show ads, or track you across other websites. There are no analytics or advertising cookies; the only cookie keeps you signed in.
Who can see what
- Members of a team see that team's videos, plays and member names. Only the team owner sees members' email addresses.
- Nothing is public. Videos only play for signed-in team members, through links that work only for them.
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores the data and files.
- Resend sends sign-in codes and invitation emails.
Age
UltiStack is only for people 18 and older, and we do not knowingly keep information about anyone younger. If you believe someone under 18 has an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Download your data or delete your account any time from the Account page.
- Deleting your account removes your name, email and sign-ins. Videos and plays you shared stay with the team, marked as from a former member; ask the team's owner or a coach to remove them, or contact us.
- A team owner can delete a team, which removes all of its videos and plays.
